About Smita

Born on 21 March, Learning Sitar under the ‘Guru-Shishya’ tradition from the age of four. Her Guru Shri Vasudeo Rao Ashtewale was a traditional sitar player from the well-known ‘Ashtewale Gharana’ of Ujjain in central India.
